Recipe: Beaumont Sangria

Beaumont Sangria

Serves 4

12oz Cabernet-Merlot (or Pinot Grigio, if you prefer white sangria)
16oz apple cider
2oz apricot brandy
4oz ginger beer
4oz soda
2 apples, cubed


  1. Combine wine, brandy and cider in a pitcher over ice, and stir thoroughly.
  2. Add ginger beer, soda, and apple cubes.
  3. Pour sangria into a wine glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
